At Fracasso Family Finds, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, if applicable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

Collectible Items

Vintage collectibles, sports cards, trading cards, FIFA stickers, and memorabilia may show normal signs of age or wear. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Returns on collectible items are accepted only if the item received is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
